What this website collects

When you submit an offer, the domain owner receives the name, email address, organization (if supplied), offer amount, and message you provide. The site records the submission time, an inquiry reference, and its review status.

How the information is used

Your information is stored to review your offer, contact you about this domain, and keep a record of the negotiation. Submitting an inquiry does not sign you up for marketing. Inquiry records are available to the seller through a protected inbox and email notifications sent to evan@cottonbranch.org. Cloudflare processes notification delivery, and Google processes the seller’s email.

Abuse prevention and hosting

The site uses a signed form token and a one-way keyed hash of the network address to limit repeated submissions. The offer database does not store the raw network address. The hosting platform may process technical access logs and use essential security or authentication cookies. This website does not add advertising trackers or analytics cookies.

Payment and transfer

This website does not collect bank or payment-card details. If a sale is agreed, payment and transfer are handled through Escrow.com under its own privacy policy and terms. Your domain registrar may also process information required for the ownership transfer.

Access, correction, or deletion

You can request a correction or deletion when corresponding with the seller about your inquiry. If you have not received a reply, submit an inquiry identifying your reference and the request. The seller may retain records needed to complete a sale or meet applicable recordkeeping requirements.
